The Person Behind the Trail
Hi, I’m Myndi Johnson
I didn't take a straight path to consulting — but that winding path taught me a lot about how systems really work.
I'm a Montana transplant who came here at 15 and never left. I went to Montana State, built a career at Rocky Mountain Labs working as a researcher in BSL-3 and BSL-4 biosafety labs during the COVID-19 pandemic — environments where precise systems aren't optional, they're everything. I later earned my Master's in Project Management with a specialty in Change Management, and today I work in facilities management, bridging scientists, tradespeople, and long-term operational planning.
Trailhead Solutions came out of a simple observation: hardworking business owners are drowning in disorganization and no one is helping them fix it. I can. And I love doing it.
